Regarding Overnight Service May 24, 2020

During this difficult time, with your continued support, we have been able to sustain the daycare side of our business and for that we are grateful to you and our dedicated staff.

Unfortunately, due to the shelter-in-place order and travel restrictions, clients have been forced to cancel their boarding reservations for May and June. Therefore we are suspending overnight services until June 29 when we will begin boarding services in full.

To Our TCE Community, May 13, 2020

We have the privilege to serve a diverse community people who have different needs but who share a common love for their pets.

For those of you unable to work from home and continue to need the daycare services you are accustomed to, we are here for you.

We will be open during regular business hours. (As a licensed Illinois kennel, we qualify as an essential business under section 12B of the Governor's Executive Order 2020-10.)

During these unprecedented times and as always, our dedicated employees have the health and well-being of your pet in mind.

To ensure the safety of our staff, customers, and their pets the following guidelines have been implemented:

  • We have resumed assessments of new dogs.

  • We continue to follow our usual sanitation/disinfection practices regarding our play/boarding areas but have also implemented frequent cleaning/disinfection of all common surface areas including fence rails, mop handles, phones, terminals, and interior and exterior door handles.

  • Employees who feel sick will not be allowed to report to work.

NEW LOBBY ETIQUETTE:

  • We will continue to practice social distancing.

  • We ask that you enter the lobby one customer at a time.

  • We will “grab ‘n’ go” with drop-offs and pickups.

PAYMENTS:

  • If you have a daycare package, with your card on file, no further action is needed.

  • If you do not have a prepaid package, please pay the exact amount by check or cash. If change is required, it will be ready for you at pick up.

If you need to pay by credit or debit, you must call with number ahead of time. Please plan in advance for this. Our number is 630 579-1220 or you can text me a picture of the card to 630-935-3391.

Here’s to better days that won’t be as ruff on everyone.

We are in this together and we will do our best to serve you and the pups in our care!
